Project Brief

Referred by an existing client, the Toni Rossi founders approached WEBDIGITA to help turn a manufacturing-led vision into a direct-to-consumer brand with a credible online storefront.

We owned the end-to-end eCommerce rebuild, from UX and site structure through to on-page SEO, speed improvements, and analytics so the team could launch with a platform they could run and measure.

The Challenge

The product capability was strong, but the brand needed a clear digital starting point: premium positioning, simple navigation across categories, and an ecommerce experience that felt trustworthy from first click to checkout. At the same time, they needed performance and tracking foundations in place so decisions were based on real customer behaviour, not guesswork.

The Process

We started by aligning on the brand intent, target buyer, and the minimum set of pages needed to sell with confidence. That gave us clear priorities for journeys, content, and what had to be measurable from day one.

From there we mapped category and product discovery flows, defined page templates, and agreed SEO and performance hygiene upfront. Each decision was made to reduce launch risk and keep iteration simple after go-live.

The Build

We built the eCommerce storefront with clean, reusable templates for collections and products, designed to keep browsing fast and reduce admin effort when adding new ranges or content.

Alongside UX, we implemented on-page SEO essentials and instrumented key events in GTM/GA4 with Meta Pixel support, so acquisition and conversion performance could be assessed with confidence.

The Results

The rebuilt site gave the team a premium, usable storefront to launch the brand with confidence. Pages loaded faster, journeys were clearer from category to product, and on-page SEO made the catalogue easier to discover. With GTM/GA4 and Meta Pixel in place, they could measure what was driving enquiries and sales. The brand later expanded beyond India into markets such as Dubai.
