Project Brief
Cognistax is a Dubai-based IT company specialising in SAP consulting, SAP implementation, and SAP staffing. They engaged WEBDIGITA to create a complete digital identity that presents the business with enterprise credibility and a clear services story.
The scope covered brand identity and logo design, conversion-led UI for a lead generation website, and SEO + AEO optimised content to support stronger discoverability and clearer enquiry journeys.
The Challenge
The project needed fast alignment across multiple stakeholders communicating in different languages, with decisions required at pace to keep delivery moving.
WEBDIGITA had to create a single, consistent positioning and UI direction that everyone could sign off confidently, while ensuring the website structure prioritised SAP Implementation, SAP Consulting, and SAP Staffing as the primary conversion pathways.

The Process
We ran fast alignment sessions to confirm priority services, buyer intent, and what “credible SAP partner” needed to look and sound like across the site.
We developed brand directions and a usable identity system, then translated it into conversion-led page layouts designed to move visitors from service clarity to enquiry.
Content was written to support SEO and answer-led discovery, with templates built so future service pages stay consistent as the company scales.

The Build
The UI design is complete, with a clear hierarchy that routes visitors into SAP Implementation, SAP Consulting, and SAP Staffing using focused CTAs and service-led page structure.
We created templates for consistent service delivery pages, designed to be expanded over time without losing brand consistency or conversion clarity.
WordPress development is currently in progress, using the approved UI and content structure so launch can follow quickly once build and QA are complete.
