Project Brief
Cobra Wrap Tools launched as a new US brand, built by the same founder behind RT Media in Australia. The goal was a scalable WooCommerce store that could support a large catalogue and drive acquisition through organic search.
We delivered an end-to-end B2B eCommerce setup for trade buyers using standard checkout, with a strong SEO foundation to support discovery and long-term growth.
The Challenge
With significant inventory and a US warehouse in place, organic visibility needed to perform from early on. The catalogue structure introduced duplicate content risk from grouped products, plus thin category pages, while US shipping/tax rules and payment gateway constraints had to work reliably at launch.
The Process
We started by mapping the catalogue and buyer journey, then shaped the site structure around how trade customers search and shop.
We aligned on-page structure with technical SEO foundations so key categories and products could be discovered and indexed cleanly.
We then validated checkout, shipping/tax and payments for the US setup, and added retention mechanics to support repeat ordering.
